Price Changes:
We endeavour to list all items at correct prices and with accurate postage
rates but due to fluctuating exchange rates prices are subject to change at
any time.
Where there is a price change:

When the price is
lower than listed we will charge the customer the lower price and proceed
with the order.

If there is an
increase in price / postage or a delay in shipment due to a lack of stock
in hand we will email the
customer to inform them and to confirm that they wish to proceed with the
order.
No
funds will be transferred from your account until we receive your
confirmation.

Where
part of the order is available and some delayed we offer the customer the
following options:
To send in separate
packages and the customer pays for the extra postage.
To send what is
available and cancel the order for the delayed item.
We
will wait for our customers instructions and confirmation before
processing any payment.
Unfortunately we are
not able to absorb the extra postage costs where they are incurred.
We will always inform our customers of these changes and offer the option to
cancel if required.

Australian
Orders
Australian orders are sent by Express Post Plus bags
where ever possible and these are traceable.
Express Charges - under 500g - $11.40

up to 3kg - $16.20

5kg - $25.35
For orders over 5kg we will send an email to confirm
freight cost.
If you prefer Regular Post Plus postage please add a note to your order and
we will adjust the postage rate accordingly when we process the payment.
Regular Post Charges - under 500g - $9.05 |
up to 3kg - $14.35|
up to 5kg - $18.15
If you have ordered oversize items, use BPAY or there is any change in your
order we will contact you
to
confirm freight charges.

Australian Extra Cover
We
take due care in sending parcels suitably packed to avoid damage and to
the correct address
(as received on orders) but we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for items Damaged
or Lost in the mail.
We recommend taking extra cover as Australia Post will
only compensate to A MAXIMUM OF $50 for lost or damaged items.
If you wish to purchase extra cover please add a note to
your order and send us an email to
info@tarabookshop.com confirming the request.
Australia Post Extra Cover Rates: $2.95 + $1.50 for every $100 of cover.
e.g. a parcel being insured for $200 will cost $5.95 ($2.95 + $3)
