Tara Health Centre was founded in 1984 by Paul Alexander a fully qualified and accredited naturopath, homoeopath and herbalist. He has pioneered the introduction of a variety of evaluation tools and assessment techniques which are used in conjunction with many new treatments from Europe, Asia and the USA .

Disease or ill health arises as a result of imbalance, either from within the human being or because of some external force in the environment. At Tara Health Centre we offer different types of consultations where we first assess your system using various evaluating methods and when we have learnt all that we can about your current situation we provide various methods of treatment to help your body regain its natural equilibrium.
Tara Health Centre maintains a high level of skills and knowledge due to a continuous commitment to our goal of total health for all.
